A sign-in page will appear and you can login using your Amazon account details.
You might see a prompt saying “Not all features and devices are supported on this website. Please download the latest version of the Alexa App”. Close the prompt and click on the “Continue” button.
A new window with “Welcome to Alexa” mentioned on the top will appear and click on the “Continue” button.
On the next screen, you’ll be shown a list of Amazon devices. Select your device from the list.

If you are trying to login to Alexa using your web browser, and are facing issues, there are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue.
Open the web browser and in the address bar, type https://www.alexa.com/logout and press enter. This will ensure that you are completely logged out.
Now, try logging in again using the same login page. Use the correct credentials.
If you have logged in to your Alexa device using the https://hub.alexa.com web address, make sure you are using the same URL and not www.alexa.com. If you do not remember the address that you used, you can use the latter first and then the https://hub.alexa.com address.
Check if you are using a supported browser. Web browsers like Apple Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer(Ver. 10 & above) are only supported.
